How the visit works

1. Diagnose ($89 flat fee). A lead tech runs the unit, tests refrigerant pressure, checks electrical, and inspects the coil and blower. The $89 fee is waived when you approve the repair.
2. Quote. You get the price in writing before any part comes out of the truck. No surprises, no upsell.
3. Fix. Most repairs (capacitor, contactor, fan motor, leak repair, drain line) finish in the same visit. Larger work is scheduled within 48 hours.
