Florida humidity means your AC pulls gallons of water out of the air every day. That water goes through a small PVC drain line — and when that line clogs, you get water around the air handler, ceiling stains, and the unit shutting off mid-cycle.

What we do

How the visit works

1. Find the clog. Trace the drain line from the pan to the outdoor termination, inspect for algae and slime.
2. Clear it. Wet-vac at the outdoor end, flushed with the right cleaner, blown clear with shop air. Verifies flow.
3. Prevent it. We offer a float switch install so the next time the line clogs, the system shuts off before water hits your floor or ceiling.
