What are your hours?
Monday through Friday 8 AM–6 PM and Saturday 8 AM–2 PM. Closed Sundays. For urgent issues outside hours, leave a message and Alejandro returns calls the next business day.
What area do you cover?
We run trucks daily through Boca Raton, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Highland Beach, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, and Coral Springs. No travel surcharge inside our standard service area — if you're outside it, we'll tell you up front.
How much does a service call cost?
$89 flat diagnostic fee for an on-site assessment. You get a written quote before any repair starts. If you approve the repair, the $89 fee is waived.
Do you offer financing?
Ask Alejandro about current financing options when you call. We’ll walk you through what’s available for your install.
Do you do free estimates on installs?
Yes. Estimates on new installs and replacements are free. The diagnostic visit on existing-system repairs has a $89 fee that gets credited to your bill if you approve the work.
What brands do you install?
Authorized dealer for GE, Rheem, Carrier, Goodman, and Trane. We service most other major brands too.
How fast can you come out?
Most days we can be on-site the same business day. We prioritize no-cool emergencies during the summer.
